Common ailments service
Where appropriate, the Common Ailments Service should be used as an alternative to seeing a GP. Patients registered with a Welsh GP surgery are eligible to use this service. Please click here for further details
Appointment information
Appointments with a GP are organised following initial telephone triage with a doctor.
If you have an urgent request, please call the surgery and speak to a receptionist.
Patients who are clinically triaged and deemed urgent will be offered a same day appointment.
We may offer you an advanced appointment date if we feel your condition is routine in nature.
We offer same day consultations for all children under the age of 16 presenting with an acute illness.
Appointments with the Practice Nurse are available up to 6 weeks in advance.
- Please telephone the practice on 01792 653548.
If you need to contact a Doctor when the surgery is closed (from 6.30pm to 8.00am weekdays and throughout weekends/bank holidays), you should contact the out-of-hours service by ringing 111. Please call 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
Digital access
You can email the surgery with any general queries or requests for non-urgent assistance at the following address: [email protected]
These requests will be dealt with during working hours 8:00am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
As a safety net, this is not to be used as a means of requesting an urgent appointment. Please ring reception for help with appropriate medical emergencies.
For prescriptions, please register for the NHS App and see the details listed under the Repeat Prescriptions section.
Please note, the surgery doors are open 8:30am – 6:00pm.
