There are a number of ways that you may order a repeat prescription. We require 3 working days for these to be processed and signed by the doctor.
Please be aware that My Health Online (MHOL) will soon no longer be available with most Welsh GP practices. This is a decision made by the Welsh Assembly Government and NHS Wales.
NHS Wales App
You can order your repeat medication via the NHS Wales App which can be downloaded via both the App Store and Google Store.

If you are having problems with the NHS Login account, you will need to visit the NHS login Help Centre – Help Centre Home (login.nhs.uk).

Prescription ordering on behalf of others
The NHS Wales App does not currently support proxy access. This means the ability for a parent, family member or carer to access and manage health and care services for someone else is a part of the future for the NHS Wales App.
Until this is amended, the My Health Online Service enables you to order your medication at any time via an online account. Your request will be processed during surgery working hours. If you are not currently registered for this service, please complete the My Health Online Registration Form and return to us along with a copy of photographic ID.

If you wish to create an online account for your child or an individual that you care for, then please apply by completing the following form: Request for a My Health Online Account (Carer or Child Access)
If you are unable to access the My Health Online Service, you can telephone the surgery on 01792 653548 between 1-3:00pm Monday to Friday, put your request in the post box which is situated in the lobby entrance or send your request by post enclosing a SAE.
For Care Homes wishing to register their patients
If you wish to order prescriptions via My Health Online for your residents, please complete an application form for each patient and return these to the surgery
