The prescription line opening hours will be changing to 1:30-3:00pm from Monday 4th August. You can ๐ป๐ผ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ if you wish for us to send your prescription there directly. Please inform us of this so that we can update your records accordingly.
Prescriptions can be ordered online, anytime at your convenience via The NHS Wales App, which is available for patients who:
- are aged 16 or older.
- have their own individual e-mail address.
This service is now available for patients without photo ID by requesting a verification letter from the surgery. Please see the following link for further information, including a list of acceptable forms of ID to present to surgery staff. https://apphelp.nhs.wales/help/nhs-login/
