There are a number of ways that you may order a repeat prescription. We require 3 working days for these to be processed and signed by the doctor.
You can 𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘆 if you wish for us to send your prescription there directly. Please inform us of this so that we can update your records accordingly.
NHS Wales App
You can order your repeat medication via the NHS Wales App which can be downloaded via both the App Store and Google Store.

This service is now available for patients without photo ID by requesting a verification letter from the surgery. If you are unable to access the NHS Wales App, you can telephone the surgery on 01792 653548 between 1:00-3:00pm Monday to Friday. The prescription line times will be changing to 1:30-3:00pm from Monday 4th August.
Alternatively, please put your request in the post box which is situated in the lobby entrance or send your request by post enclosing a SAE.
