Mental health support and Wellbeing services

There are a number of organisations, both local and national, that provide mental health information, advice and support.

There are a number of services that provide help for children and young people. they are included in the above link.

Tidy Minds offers advice and support for 11-18 year olds, their parents and carers and provides information regarding the mental health and wellbeing support that is available to you in Swansea.

Platform 4YP is an online platform for young people who are struggling with different stresses at present and feel stuck. They arrange one-to-one support, local meetings and events. There is an online contact form to be completed by the young person then one of the team contacts them to complete the referral form over the phone.

The Swansea Wellbeing Centre offer classes, therapies and wellbeing courses/workshops that are run by their highly experienced team of therapists, teachers and practitioners. Their Facebook page is regularly updated with news of current and upcoming programmes and events.
